Spirit Art, often called Psychic Art or Psychic Portraiture, is drawing or painting the likeness of someone in the spirit world, either a guide or a loved one, although sometimes a living person is drawn.
Stephen works by first tuning in to your energies and then drawing the image of someone connected to you. Using clairvoyance and psychic impressions, and with the help of at least three different spirit guides, Stephen allows the portrait to develop.
As he draws he works as a spirit medium, receiving information from the world of spirit which he passes on to the sitter.
Stephen uses charcoal, pastel and fine artist paper when he produces his dynamic spirit portraits. He feels the varied tones of charcoal and pastel give each drawing a loose, spontaneous feel, capturing the essence and character of the person in spirit. In fact, his drawing style will vary depending on which of his spirit guides is working with him on a particular drawing.
"Just a quick thank you to say how thrilled I was with the reading and portraits that you did for me last month. The reading was very accurate (family and friends all agree too) and I feel so lucky to have my portraits to inspire me visually as well as spiritually."
"... I'm writing to say how thrilled I was with the portrait and reading that Hazel asked you to do for my birthday. It was amazing. Everything you said was so true. It has certainly helped me to make some decisions regarding my work with the angels and healing. The portrait you drew so beautifully is my father who passed over 25 years ago, but whose presence I first felt 10 years ago when I had a trauma in my life. He is always with me and the drawing will be a daily reminder to me of how lucky I am that he is still around me and caring for me. You have such a special gift Stephen, and your readings are filled with kindness, sincerity and humour ... not to mention absolute truth. Thank you again, and may the angels be with you always."
"Thank you so much for my picture of my spirit guide ... I am thrilled with both the portrait and reading which I found to be uncannily accurate. My spirit guide is as I already imagined him, a North American Indian, but with more refined features. I would not hesitate to recommend your work to anyone."
